Ken Paulson is the director of the Free Speech Center ( at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and former dean of MTSU's College of Media and Entertainment.  Paulson was formerly USA Today editor-in-chief and senior vice president. He still writes columns for the paper regarding First Amendment and media topics.  From 2001 to 2004, Paulson hosted the TV show "Speaking Freely," where he interviewed artists and celebrities about free speech.
